Morning:
Apply to face and neck 20-30 minutes before sun exposure, allowing it to absorb.
Use approximately 2 mg/cm² of product for adequate protection; this amount is equivalent to two thin lines squeezed onto the index and middle fingers.
Reapply every 2-3 hours, especially after sweating, swimming, and towel drying.
