Product Inquiries
Our Lotus series products are entirely designed for and can be safely used by fungal acne-prone skin. Nevertheless, it is important to consult your doctor before use to avoid any health issues.
Products that do not contain alcohol in any variant are labeled as "Alcohol-Free". Some of our products may contain a type of alcohol known as "fatty alcohol," which does not thin or irritate the skin; on the contrary, it is used to increase skin moisture. You will also see this in our ingredients list.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding are special periods when skin vitamins and foods should be used with caution. You can start using products after consulting your doctor.
Our priority is that our products and all the raw materials they contain are plant-based; therefore, we proudly carry our "Vegan" certification. We are also against animal testing, which we indicate on our products with the "cruelty-free" label.
Our products do not contain artificial (synthetic) fragrance components. We prioritize sensitive skin and are aware of the harmful effects of fragrance ingredients on the endocrine system and allergies.
All of our products are included in the Ministry of Health's Product Tracking System (ÜTS) records. You can verify your products from the Cosmetic Product Listing section in the ÜTS system with your barcode number.
Paraben is a compound commonly used as a preservative, particularly in food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetic products. Our products are completely free of these ingredients. We avoid substances deemed harmful in European Union regulations; we do not use synthetic coloring or fragrance components. The scent you experience from our products is entirely derived from plant ingredients. Moreover, our preservatives fall into the "green" category, representing the safest scale according to EWG standards.
Our products are specially formulated not to cause hair growth on the skin and can be used safely.
Luishe products are definitely not tested on animals, and we do not request such a thing from our solution partners. We proudly carry our PETA certification. A large portion of our products are plant-based, which you can see indicated by the "Vegan" label.
At Medicblu, we prioritize environmental awareness; we use biodegradable, recyclable, food-grade packaging. You can see our proud FSC emblem on our packaging. In addition to product packaging, we also prefer entirely recyclable kraft paper materials in our shipping and operational processes.
We do not use any synthetic colorants in our products, and we never will.

Payment

Shipping and Delivery
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Deliveries are made within 2-7 business days from the order's shipping date. However, delivery times may be longer due to adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or shipping carrier variations.
We have a minimum order requirement for shipments within Turkey. Typically, if you purchase two items, the shipping fee is covered by us.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or on the shipping company's website.
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but if you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns and Contact
